Hi, my name is Bryan Van,

At age 12, I started working with my grandfather at his plumbing business in Newport Beach. Since then, I have always had a tool in my hand,  in the last 38 years I have done cement work, plumbing, electrical, mill work, and crown molding. I have installed doors, interior, exterior, bi fold and sliders. I have remodeled kitchens, painted interiors and exteriors. I have remodeled bathrooms. I have placed can lights, installed bathroom vanity’s, mirrors. I have built patio covers, done stucco patches, repaired drywall ( as well as matching the texture).

I have framed out rooms, built closets, made cabinets, and tiled floors as well as showers. I can replace your water heater or put in a tankless system.  I can move your existing water heater to the garage or outside.

I also do termite damage repair and wood replacement from damage or dry rot. I replace electrical panel breakers, add duplex plugs, repair your half hot plug and can copper pigtail your aluminum wiring. Also, I can change out your old electrical switches and plugs.

I have installed almost every type appliance. I have restored many rentals as well as homes with deferred maintenance to sell or continue living in.

I also work with realtors to “spruce up” a listing. I call it lipstick and rouge. It will make your listing very presentable.

I have worked as a maintenance man, a construction company’s foreman. I am a finish guy as well. I was a home flipper (before it was a trend). Also, I manage some homes here in Huntington Beach.

Now I bring all my expertise to you in my company. I personally do or supervise  all of the work.

Since I do the work,  I am always available to speak to.

(There are times I will use a helper. However, I will not leave a helper unattended).

I am factory certified in Noritz tank less water heaters, Tracpipe gas lines, and Pex water systems.

I am also lead free certified for plumbing.

I have excellent references and would be happy to share them with you.

All my quotes are free. I can quote over the phone in some cases.

My work includes, the quote, getting materials, repair and or installation and clean up.

I don’t charge for rounding up the materials and or drive time, just high quality work at a fair price!
